Customer Service Officer

These positions represent an ideal opportunity for front line customer service people from the hotel, tourism or restaurant management industry who would like to have a transition into the financial services sector. We are looking for motivated, creative people to join our Singapore team. We are looking for individuals with customer service experience and a can-do attitude who are willing take up one of our front line customer service positions. You will be working in the front office delivering quality service to customers, handling their transactions and responding to their queries.

Responsibilities

  • Providing the first point of contact for customers
  • Managing & maintaining the retail customer experience & service standards
  • Customer relationship management
  • Taking care of all aspects of customer counter services
  • Transaction input & cash handling
  • Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Fluent English (a must)
  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Malay and Mandarin 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Well presented & groomed
  • Be customer service or sales oriented 
  • Possess a positive can do working attitude 
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays (6 day week max). 
  • Experience in retail/hotel industry (an added advantage)
  • Front line customer service & cashiering experience (useful)
  • Must be a cheerful, positive & a co-operative team player

This Position is open only to Singapore citizens as well as Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) and Dependant Pass holders and would be ideally suited to people with front desk experience from the Hotel industry.

Business Operations Specialists

Responsibilities

  • New product & service conceptualisation, design, testing and implementation
  • Process/procedure design and documentation
  • Client, Partner support
  • Occasional regional travel (Support and implementation)
  • Control and compliance
  • Project planning and management
  • Business plans, budgets etc
  • Competitive research and analysis
  • Reconciliations and book keeping
  • Recruitment & Training
  • General office duties

Requirements

  • Applicants must posses at least a Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a problem solving discipline (Business, Technology, Science etc)
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Strong English a must. Bahasa, Thai or Tagalog an advantage but not essential
  • Permanent Resident or Singaporean
  • Self starting team player, with a strong desire to learn
  • Cultural awareness
  • Research gathering capabilities, Internet and Other sources
  • Commitment & ability to meet deadlines

This position is open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates.

System Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Linux based systems and environments.
  • Security of online (i.e. web based) transaction systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PC/hardware/software/LAN & network.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning and development.
  • Liaise with vendors on IT hardware & software purchase and maintenance.
  • Maintain and set up proper IT policies, procedures and documentation.
  • General Office duties. 

Skill Requirements (essential)

  • Proficiency and hands on experience with Linux is a must
  • Basic knowledge of Windows administration
  • Proven troubleshooting ability
  • Strong interest in keeping abreast with emerging technologies
  • Well organized and able to work with multiple priorities
  • Self starter

Other desirable skills or experience (not esssential)

  • Experience in the following: Eclipse, CVS, AJAX, Linux, Spring Framework.
  • Small-scale project management.

Some additional work in software development may also exist. Thus, candidates with software development experience in J2EE (EJB & JSP), JBOSS and Tomcat would have an added advantage.

Software Developer (Junior/Fresh Grads)

Responsibilities

  • J2EE based software development – including requirement analysis, design, coding and testing.
  • Basic database design and administration.
  • Process/procedure design and documentation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Skill Requirements (essential)

  • HTML
  • JSP and strong Java programming background
  • SQL
  • Experience with EJB, XML an advantage
  • Understanding of web based technologies and the internet
  • Well organized and able to work with multiple priorities
  • Self starter

Other desirable skills or experience (not essential)

  • Eclipse
  • Linux
  • AJAX
  • Flash and Web-based GUI design
