The Pay2Home Wallet Account is a store value function which allows you to pre-purchase currencies to take advantage of the favourable exchange rates, convert and save them until you are ready to remit. The stored currencies can be used to pay for your remittances on all Pay2Home channels; Pay2Home Mobile application, Money Transfer Machine, Pay2Home outlets, and Pay2Home Online. Currently, the Pay2Home Wallet is only available in Singapore.

The Pay2Home Wallet is absolutely safe! All top-ups and remittance transactions that you make are executed safely and no personal information regarding your account is ever accessible to any third party.

The Pay2Home Wallet is more secure than carrying cash in your wallet. The application is protected with a 6-digit PIN and a One-Time-Pin. Your Pay2Home Wallet can be instantaneously blocked upon your request. You can deactivate your Pay2Home Wallet by calling our Customer Service Hotline at +65 6372 2474 (Singapore) or by emailing us at customerservice@pay2home.com.

Any individual who is 18 years of age and above. The individual needs to be a registered Pay2Home customer. Please note that you must be a registered Pay2Home customer to use Pay2Home Wallet. Click here to find out how you can register as a Pay2Home customer.

  1. Ensure that you have submitted the following information:
    1. Valid Identification Document.
    2. Valid Proof of Address (only required for Singapore-registered customers).
    3. Valid Mobile Number.
  2. Accept Pay2Home Terms and Conditions.
  3. Once the above is done, your Pay2Home Wallet will be activated and can be used across all Pay2Home channels: Pay2Home Mobile application, Money Transfer Machine, Pay2Home outlets, and Pay2Home Online.

There are 4 methods to top up your Pay2Home Wallet:

  1. Pay2Home Online, www.pay2home.com
    1. Under 'Wallets', click on 'Wallet Top-up'.
    2. Enter your top-up amount and select your payment method.
    3. Click 'confirm'
    4. Make payment according to the selected method.
  2. Pay2Home Mobile application
    1. Tap on the Wallet on the Mobile App Home page.
    2. Select your preferred top up method.
    3. Follow the instructions for your chosen top up method.
  3. Mobile Transfer Machine
    1. Tap on 'Wallets'.
    2. Select 'Top Up Wallet', enter your top up amount.
    3. Select your preferred payment method.
    4. Follow the instructions for your chosen payment method.
  4. Pay2Home Outlet

    You may visit any of our outlets, our friendly Customer Service Officers will assist you with your top-up request. Click here for locations.

    Note: If the payment for your top-up transactions is made via a bank transfer, PayNow to UEN or by a cheque, the top-up amount will only be credited into your Pay2Home Wallet and reflected in your balance after Pay2Home has processed your transfer.

Yes, your Wallet is subject to a limit of a total amount of SGD1,000. The top up limit will depend on the existing balance in your Wallet.

In Singapore, the maximum value you are able to store in each of your Pay2Home Wallet is SGD1,000.

We offer the following currencies:

  • Singapore Dollar (SGD)
  • Hong Kong Dollar (HKD)
  • Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Malaysia Ringgit (MYR)
  • Philippines Peso (PHP)
  • Vietnamese Dong (VND)

Each customer will be entitled to hold two Pay2Home Wallets; one in local currency (SGD) and the other in the currency of your nationality. If you would like to have an additional currency Pay2Home Wallet added, please contact the Customer Service Hotline at Singapore (+65 6372 2474), Hong Kong (+852 5803 3492), Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 7pm or email customerservice@pay2home.com

Before converting your local currency, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your local Pay2Home Wallet balance. Should you need to top up your local currency, you may refer here on how to do so. You may do a conversion via one of the following options:

  1. Pay2Home Mobile application
    1. Tap on 'the Wallet, followed by 'Convert Currency.
    2. Enter the amount you would want to convert, tap on 'Next'.
    3. Check your Transaction Summary.
    4. Tap on 'Submit' if all information is correct, otherwise tap on 'Back' to adjust the amount.
  2. Pay2Home Money Transfer Machine
    1. Tap on 'Wallets', followed by 'Convert Currency.
    2. Enter the amount you would like to convert, tap on 'Submit'
    3. Check your 'Convert Confirmation'.
    4. Tap on 'Confirm' if all information is correct, otherwise tap on 'Back' to adjust the amount.
  3. Pay2Home Online
    1. Under 'Wallets', click on 'Wallet Conversion'.
    2. Enter the amount you would like to convert and click 'confirm'.
  4. Pay2Home Outlets

    You may visit any of our outlets, our friendly Customer Service team will assist you with your currency conversion request.

  1. Pay2Home Mobile application
    1. Your Wallet account balance will be reflected on the Home screen when you log in.
  2. Pay2Home Money Transfer Machine
    1. Select 'Wallets'.
    2. Your Pay2Home Wallet balances will be displayed.
  3. Pay2Home Online

    You may view your Pay2Home Wallet balance in the Summary page. It will reflect the stored amount in respective currencies.

  4. Pay2Home Outlets

    You may visit any of our outlets, our friendly Customer Service team will assist you with your Pay2Home Wallet account balance enquiries.

Yes you can. To request for a refund on your foreign currency value, please visit any one of our outlets, our Customer Service Officers will assist you with your request. Please be advised that there will be an administrative fee imposed on the refund request and the final amount that will be refunded is subjected to exchange rate fluctuations. The amount of refund will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate.

Yes you can. To request for a full withdrawal of your Pay2Home Wallet, please visit any one of our outlets, our Customer Service Officers will assist you with your request. Please be advised that there will be an administrative fee imposed on the refund request and the final amount that will be refunded to you is subjected to exchange rate fluctuations and it will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate at the point of refund.
