With 8 full-service outlets, 3 digital lobbies and 63 Money Transfer Machines (MTMs), the company holds the largest physical money transfer network in Singapore, along with full digital suites of 24/7 money transfer options.

In line with the company’s mission of reaching out to a customer base who sometimes need more time and assistance in their digital finance journey, the outlets are vital in helping Pay2Home stay in touch with its customers, talking to them and learning about their needs and experiences. Assistance by digital service ambassadors at the outlets helps customers build confidence starting from digital tablets used at counter services to Money Transfer Machines then downstream to its Mobile application.
