SINGAPORE, November 2022 — Pay2Home, a major player in the cross-border payment institution scene in Singapore, is opening its latest outlet at Woodlands.

With the opening of the Woodlands outlet, Pay2Home has 9 full-service outlets, 2 digital lobbies and 53 Money Transfer Machines (MTMs) and holds the largest physical money transfer network in Singapore, along with a full digital suites of 24/7 money transfer options.

Located within the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub, the latest outlet is situated right below the Woodlands MRT station and it operates throughout the week.

While the adoption of its digital money transfer services through its Mobile Application, online services and 24/7 MTMs (self-service money transfer kiosk) has been significant and continues to increase month-on-month, the company has no plans to move away from providing in-person money transfer services as it believes that customers continue to value human interaction. However, all its outlets are equipped with digital devices to offer customers a blend of human and digital experiences, and to improve customer’s onboarding or money transfer journey and experience.
