Terms and Conditions - CNY S$7 Off 2022

1. The Organiser
   1. The CNY S$7 Off 2022 (“promotion”) is organised by Wandr Pte. Ltd., hereafter known as “Pay2Home”
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
   1. By registering or taking part in this promotion, the participant (“You”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, available at www.pay2home.com/termsandconditions, and any definitions contained herein, along with the decisions of Pay2Home in relation to and in connection with this promotion.
3. Promotion Period
   1. The promotion commences on 30th Dec 2021, 00:00 hr and ends on 3rd Feb 2022, 23:59 hr ("Promotion Period") and shall cease once THREE HUNDRED (300) S$7 off service fee coupons have been fully issued or at the end of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.
   2. Pay2Home reserves the right to change the promotion period.
4. Eligibility
   1. The promotion is open to all Pay2Home account holders (members).
   2. The employees of Pay2Home and members of their immediate families will not be eligible for the promotion.
   3. Corporate customers of Pay2Home are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
   4. To be eligible for the promotion, you must be the first THREE HUNDRED (300) customers to complete (fully paid) one transaction to China on any Pay2Home's service platform which includes the Pay2Home Mobile Application, Money Transfer Machines (MTMs), Pay2Home online service or counter service at any Pay2Home outlet.
   5. Pay2Home reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including whether you satisfy the criteria to participate in the promotion and/or your eligibility for the promotion. Pay2Home’s determination of all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding with no obligation to disclose its reason. No appeal, objection, challenge or correspondence will be entered into.
5. Number of Transactions with Discounts Permitted
   1. This promotion is applicable for only the first THREE HUNDRED (300) transactions to destination country - China during the promotion period.
6. Promotion – S$7 Service discount
   1. If all the conditions in Clause 4.4 above are met, Pay2Home will issue a S$7 discount service fee coupon to your Pay2Home account. Please review the applicable flat fee charge before confirming the funds transfer.
   2. The promotion discount is non-negotiable, exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in full or in part and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, offer, discounts or promotions offered by Pay2Home.
   3. To redeem the promotion discount, you must select the S$7 off service fee coupon tagged to your Pay2Home account and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the fee amount. If you fail to select the discount code at the time of creating and confirming the transaction, or inform the Customer Service Officer at the outlet, you will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation and payment of a transaction.
   4. If a discount is used and the transaction is cancelled (in accordance with Pay2Home’s cancellation policy) at a later stage by you, the discount will no longer be valid for subsequent transactions.
   5. Pay2Home reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, to change and/or replace the promotion discount.
7. General Terms
   1. Pay2Home reserves the right, at anytime and in its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reason therefore, to vary, modify, add, or revise any of the terms and conditions governing the promotion or terminate, withdraw, extend or shorten the promotion period, with or without notice or reason. Such change on terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon posting to Pay2Home’s webpage and you understand and agree to be bound by any such variation.
   2. Pay2Home reserves the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims arising from this promotion including, without limitation, to require further verification as to your identity, age, and other relevant details.
   3. Pay2Home will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting and/or accepting and using the discount.
   4. Pay2Home accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected communications pertaining to this promotion.
8. Applicable Law
   1. The promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you are deemed to have irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Any person who is not a participant to this promotion shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
